SkyVanguard is a cybersecurity and artificial intelligence lab, born in Paraguay. We're not a traditional consultancy or a software factory: we research how to make AI think about security the way an attacker does — and turn that into products any company can use.
The story
It started with a reality we saw up close: small and medium businesses were exposed to increasingly automated attacks, unable to afford a security team and unwilling to send their data to cloud tools. Enterprise-grade defense seemed reserved for large corporations alone.
Out of that research — iteration after iteration on our own infrastructure — NEO was born.
The problem we solve
Most companies don't know what they expose to the internet, which is where almost every attack begins. And attacks are automated: they scan everything, without picking a victim.
A pentest once a year is a snapshot of one moment; between pentests, you're blind. What's needed is continuous monitoring.
What NEO is
NEO is a digital cybersecurity employee: an autonomous AI agent that discovers your internet-facing surface, finds the risks before attackers do, and watches continuously, 24/7.
How our AI works
NEO reasons on an in-house AI model, running on our own servers. We use no third-party AI APIs and no public cloud: your information never leaves our infrastructure and is never used to train models.

We're a small team of offensive-security and AI specialists. Given the nature of our work we keep a low profile: we'd rather let the results speak.
Why Paraguay
We were born and operate in Paraguay, where cyberattacks grow year after year and the new Law 7593 already requires companies to protect the personal data they handle.
We want the next generation of Paraguayan companies to be protected without depending on expensive or foreign solutions.

We started with the internet-facing surface — the first thing an attacker sees. From there we keep expanding what NEO can watch and protect, always with our own AI and your data kept in.
