Privacy Policy

1. What data we process

Data you give us: your email and the domain you enter when requesting an assessment; and, when contracting, contact and billing details.

Technical data: IP address, user agent, date and time, and the consent record; plus browsing and analytics data.

Derived data: the reports, findings, correlations and history NEO produces from the analysis.

Analyzed-surface data: the internet-observable information of the authorized domain.

2. How we use it

To provide the service and run the analysis; send you the report and related communications; follow up commercially on your interest; bill contracted services; ensure security and prevent abuse; and comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal basis

We process your data based on your consent (given when you authorize the analysis and confirm your email), on the performance of the contract when you contract a service, on our legitimate interest in security and improvement, and on compliance with legal obligations.

4. Our own AI, on our own servers

NEO reasons on an in-house AI model, hosted and run on SkyVanguard infrastructure.

No third-party AI APIs are used: your information is never sent to external AI services or public clouds for processing.

Your information is not used to train models and is not sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Who we share with

We do not sell your data. We may rely on providers acting as data processors (site hosting, email delivery, analytics), bound by confidentiality and to process data only on our instructions.

We may disclose information where required by law or upon request from a competent authority.

6. International transfers

Some infrastructure providers (site hosting and email) may process data outside Paraguay, applying appropriate safeguards.

NEO’s AI reasoning runs on our own local infrastructure, not on third-party AI services.

7. Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies necessary for its operation (for example, the language preference) and analytics tools to measure usage in aggregate.

8. Retention (policy)

The policy intent is to retain operational analysis data for a limited period and then overwrite it, keeping only the minimum record needed for commercial follow-up and legal compliance.

This practice is stated as policy and not as an absolute guarantee until its implementation is technically verified. We will not announce a specific period as a guarantee before we can demonstrate it.

9. Information security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is completely infallible, but we work to minimize risks and respond to incidents.

10. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, updating, deletion, objection and portability of the data associated with your email, by contacting us.

You may also file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in Paraguay.

11. Scope of analysis

The free assessment is limited to what is observable from the internet: it performs no exploitation, brute forcing, denial of service or any intrusive or destructive action against your systems.

12. Children’s data

The service is aimed at companies and organizations. It is not directed to minors, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be communicated through the site or by email, indicating the version in force.
